I have Netlimiter installed for some time now, when one day gave me a 'Check Faild' I have then somehow deleted the program for a reinstall, but I did not deleted it as normaly, from add/remove programs, I just went to my HDD and physicaly removed it (Shift+delete on the folder). Recently I realize my network are slowing down especially surfing the net. After investigate, I found one of my user using something call Teredo (which is new to me) to bypass my firewall to enable him to download files using P2P (Shareaza). Actually I know he using P2P program to download files all the way, but because of behind firewall so the download speed is very slow, so I am not that particular about that. But now with this Teredo he able to fully utilise my network bandwidth which cause to slow down my whole network.

Go onto the computer and type at the command prompt net users usernameofotherperson and down the bottom it tells you what groups they belong to, it should only say Power Users and perhaps Users.
